ELOXAL / ANODIC OXIDATION

           

Our current Anodic Oxidation capacity is 6000 tons / year while having 4 oxidation pools ( 2 x 10.000 ampers and 2 x 8000 ampers )

Upon having customer’s request, Aluminium profile is electrochemically coated with oxide max. 25 microns in order to improve the quality of profiles.

The mostly requested colors are Silver, Bronze, Brown, Gold,  and Black.

Our new Eloxal Line is under construction and will be operated in February 2009.It has a capacity 7.200 tons / year while having 3 oxidation pools ( 3 x 15.000 ampers ).

We will reach an Anodic Oxidation capacity 12.000 tons/ year, after completion of new line.
