QUALITY CONTROL
           

Our Quality Control department checks the chemical alloys of raw materials and the produced profiles by Spectro Analysis Device.

This control process are mainly includes;
-Hardness measurement,
-Yield strenght,
-Tensile strenght,
-Breaking strain,
-Sharpy test,
-Micron thickness measuring of Powder coating,
-Micron thickness measuring of Eloxal surface treatment.

All above tests are reported in our R&D and Quality Control departments.

We are understudy of having QUALICOAT and QUALANOD Certificates and our Certificates will be approved in the following months.
