Zahit Aluminium and Plastic Industrial Limited Company is producing aluminium profiles in Windows and Doors sector for 26 years. Zahit Aluminium and Plastic, which is built by Zahit Balbay and is making production of Aluminium profile in Adana Hacı Sabancı Industrial Zone. The company is a modern institution that is composed by foundry, press, anodisey and dry-house.  

Behind its large product range, the basic production is on Aluminium Windows and doors profiles, shower cabinet profiles,facade system  profiles, balustrade profiles, furniture profiles, ad. profiles, all purpose industrial profiles, plastic panel profiles and plastic shutter profiles. Also special profiles are produced by the company according to the demands of the customer.

 

Our institution has  20.000 tons of  billet casting line and with its 6 aluminium extrusion profile it has 16.000 tons of Aluminium profile production capacity annually.   

Coating; with 2 lines of electrostatic powder coating, the plant has 7.000 tons of capacity annually in powder coating and its anodising line has reached to 10.000 tons of capacity. Behind these the plant also has wooden coating line and it can make 300 tons of wooden coating per year. Therefore we have to say that; our factory is an integrated plant and can easily produce all kind of profiles.

 

Behind this it has also 2 lines of PVC Extruder Profile so it has 1.500 tons of capacity in production of PVC extruder profiles.

 

Zahit Aluminium and Plastic has 8 shops which are in Adana, Antalya, Gaziantep, İskenderun, Diyarbakır, Mersin, İzmir ve İstanbul and 39 dealers in different cities of Turkey. In addition,  the company exports to 14 countries in the world.

 

The Company is working with Total Quality Management and it is making its production at international quality standards. The products are certified by UKAS ISO 9001-2001 and TSE Quality Certificates.Our company is understudy of having QUALANOD Certificate for eloxal profiles and also QUALICOAT Certificate for coated profiles and these certificates will be obtained within a short while. 

According to the demands of the sector and with the support of R&D department the company is continuing to develop its marketing activities in domestic and international markets. Zahit Aluminium is always serving  at best quality and rapidly  to its customers in Turkey  while making new investments and  also enlarging its export sales capacity in abroad.
